Transport/Delivery Logistics Manager
Job description
To co-ordinate the deliveries function and monitor and control drivers, bikers and dispatch staff. Rota planning and dealing with any staff disciplinary issues.
These responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following
- Managing the drivers / bikers and dispatch team
- To ensure all daily routines are completed within agreed timescales.
- To liaise with customer services(call centre supervisor), finance, night shift and restaurants
- To ensure all necessary legislation is complied with in relation to the company’s operational vehicles and those engaged to drive them. This must include the routine checking of driver licenses.
- To recruit drivers as and when required and in agreement with the Managing Director
- To ensure the effective training of all staff to include drivers/bikers and the dispatch team
- To ensure adequate contingency is in place in the event of absenteeism
- To monitor the use of the company mobile telephones provided to drivers for use when working for the company Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, grievance, etc).

Dispatch Controller
Job description
Dispatch Controller required to manage a team of 10 drivers. Must have:
- Sound Geographical Knowledge of Central London Central
- Good Supervisory and Management Skills Essential
- Good IT and Communication Skills would be an Added Advantage
- UK Driving License Essential

Delivery drivers
Job description
We are seeking delivery drivers for full time and part time work delivering food in the Central London area.
All potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Own moped with Insurance and Full or Provisional UK license with CBT (a must)
- Speak fluent English
- Must be able to work legally in the United Kingdom, EU passport or work permit/visa (valid minimum 12 months)
- Customers Interaction
- Ability to read a map
- Previous experience of riding a moped in London
- Reliable, trustworthy and enjoy working as a part of a team
